Solo en un momento, en el instante mas insospechado, cuando viajas por otras realidades, eres consciente de la trayectoria de tu vida hasta ese mismo momento.
En este caso, del regreso de un viaje de trabajo, y una vez pasada la capital de España y en la intimidad de la noche, mi pensamiento se fijó en los días en los que, sobre un modernísimo seat 127 verde (el coche familiar) de entonces, recorríamos los casi 360 km que habían desde Alicante hasta nuestra maravilloso pueblo en la meseta manchega para llegar a la casa familiar de mis abuelos.
En ese momento, me dí cuenta de todos los recuerdos que tenía de cada lugar, bien fuese de un pto. kilométrico, de un restaurante de carretera o del paso por alguna población. Lugares específicos en la carretera nacional 3 convertida en autovía y que de repente se habían convertido en «hitos» de mis recuerdos. En ese momento, fue cuando me dí cuenta de la necesidad de inmortalizarlos en mi memoria para siempre, creando esta serie. Pulse:A-31 es un guiño a todos esos buenos momentos que junto a mis hermanas y padres habíamos disfrutado en esa carretera. Con una estética de movimiento desdibujando el paisaje para darle ese «pulso» recorre los puntos mas simbólicos en mi memoria.
Only in a moment, in the most unexpected moment, when you travel through other realities, are you aware of the trajectory of your life until that moment.
In this case, the return of a work trip, and once passed the capital of Spain and in the privacy of the night, my thoughts were fixed on the days when, on a modern seat green 127 (the family car) then, we traveled the almost 360 km that had from Alicante to our wonderful village in the plateau of La Mancha to reach the family home of my grandparents.

At that moment, it was when I realized the need to immortalize them in my memory forever, creating this series. Press: A-31 is a nod to all those good times that along with my sisters and parents we had enjoyed on that road. With an aesthetic of movement, blurring the landscape to give it that «pulse», it crosses the most symbolic points in my memory.
